Choosing your wedding photographer is a serious commitment! You'll be spending more time with this particular vendor than any of the others. You'll meet them for your engagement session, the venue walk-through, they will be by your side the entire wedding day and are likely the only vendor you will have to deal with following the big day. You should not just love your photographer's work or price: you should love them! This section is to give you a little more information that most couples find useful when making this major decision.
Where are you located?
Our home bases are Atlanta, GA & Baltimore,MD. Our main areas of service are from Florida through Maryland but we love to travel and have done weddings from St. Louis through Arizona. Nothing would make us happier than shooting your wedding......wherever that may be! We love to travel so there are no additional fees for us to come to you anywhere in the Continental U.S!
How would you describe your style?
In three words: Fun.Creative.Dramatic. We let your day unfold naturally with minimal interference. We find time to sneak in those required portraits but pride ourselves on inventing new ways to show off details and special moments. We aim for smiles, hugs and tears as we thrive off of emotion. We don't want you to just look back at your photos: We want you to relive the moments in them.
What equipment do you use?
We are Team Canon! We use only professional Canon cameras, lenses and backups. We also have various different ways to light a variety of settings.
What's your turn around time?
Your super sneak peek will be available online the day after the wedding. We ask that you allow us at least 6-8 weeks to carefully sort and artistically edit all of your photos along with custom creating any products that came with your order.
How will I receive my materials?
Technology has made everything pretty much instant and we love it! Once your online gallery is up we'll send you an official email with your download pin. This will allow you to download all of your images computer or individually to your favorite device. Your gallery will be available online for ninety days. It also gives you the option to order professional lab quality prints for affordable pricing. Personalized CD or USB drive of all images are available in select packages or a la carte. Any albums or prints will be delivered straight to your door!
Have you ever had any customer complaints?
Absolutely! More than I care to admit :( We started off this business more as a hobby with our hearts in the right place.We wanted to provide quality photography and videography for couples who otherwise may have had to go without.This was a major mistake. With packages such as "six hours of photo and video with an engagement session and album for $650" we found ourselves overwhelmed. This turned into late products and eventually bad reviews from some of our couples. Now we are taking a more professional stance and although we would still like to do all of our jobs from the heart we know the damage that has done in the past. We only accept a limited number of weddings per year (we were doing 50), we will not be offering video services until 2016 , and our rates have increased to accommodate all of our operations and products. We appreciate every opportunity given to us after our vast improvements.

After 4 1/2 years of shooting weddings we have created a pricing structure that works best for our customers. For 2016 our collections start at $1500 with the option to create your own collection completely a la carte.
You're a little out of our budget, is there anyway you can work with us?
As a company that started out servicing the" tight budget" couple we understand the stress of sticking within your range and still getting exactly what you want. That being said we believe that everyone deserves beautiful images on their wedding day and try to accommodate everyone while being fair to the couple's who pay our normal rates. We do occasionally have special offers which you can check for under the main blog page. In the event that we are unavailable we have a few great photographers we can recommend.
When should we book your services for our wedding?
We will only be accepting 20-30 weddings per year. We recommend that you contact us as soon as you have booked your venue to ensure our availability. We accept bookings up to 18 months in advance.
We would like to book you for our wedding how does this work?
The first step to locking us in for your wedding is to contact us. Either by phone or filling out our questionnaire on the contact page would be awesome. After we confirm that your date is available we'll discuss the details of what's most important to you and come up with the best package to suite you and your budget. We require a signed contract and 50% retainer fee to reserve your date. The remainder is due 30 days before the wedding. Once all that is squared away we get to the fun stuff: scheduling your portrait session!
We're not local, how do things work for us?
Typically after initial contact we set up a phone or Skype meeting to get better acquainted and go over all the details. If you decide we're a good fit we handle everything online from contract to payments. We also give you the option of using your complimentary portrait session for a bridal or day after session or for the rehearsal dinner (we always arrive the day before for out of town weddings): Your choice!
